Genesee Patrons offers coverage for tenant-occupied & owner/tenant-occupied dwellings. To qualify for the Landlord Package Program, you must be maintaining a 1 to 4 family owner-or tenant-occupied dwelling.

    Genesee Patrons' coverage doesn't end there. Our Market Value ACV program allows a dwelling to be insured down to 25%-59% of replacement cost. Equipment Breakdown coverage is also available for an added premium. Click here to learn more about our supplemental offerings.
