homeowners program is offered PATRONS PREFERENCE - for qualifying homes. 3 &
4 family homeowners available to qualified homes.

Mobile Homeowners
|
Owner occupied, either in parks, or on your own land for qualified applicants.

Seasonal Homeowners
|
Offered without supporting business provided the risk is not being used as rental
property. (Lower rates when supported by homeowners)

Farmowners
|
This package is designed to insure small family farms to medium sized farms.

|
Dwelling Fire
|
Designed for many risks that do not meet underwriting requirements for package programs.
|
|
Landlords Package
|
Offered to 1 to 4 family rentals, either owner occupied or non-owner occupied.

|
Business Owners Package
|
Available either as a Standard package or as a Deluxe package. This is designed
for business owners who meet the classifications and underwriting requirements.

Special Multi Peril Package
|
Offers a broader range of classifications and flexibility for the small business
that does not meet the above package.

Commercial Fire / Liability
|
Allows specific tailoring for the needs of the insured.
