Genesee Patrons Privacy Policy
When you apply for insurance with Genesee Patrons, you disclose a certain amount
of personal information. Genesee Patrons has a history of protecting the confidentiality
of your personal information. We use this information in evaluating your request
for our insurance products.
The application you complete, as well as any additional information you may provide,
generally gives us the information we need to underwrite an application. We may
contact you by phone or mail to obtain or verify information. We may receive information
from outside sources, such as loss information or credit reports, court records
or health records. We may also inspect your property and/or obtain information from
other insurance companies and/or consumer reporting agencies.
Genesee Patrons will not disclose your personal information to any third party for
marketing purposes. We do not market your personal information for any reason. We
will only use or disclose your information as permitted by law for insurance related
matters.
We protect the confidentiality of your information. Genesee Patrons maintains appropriate
security standards to prevent unauthorized access to your information. Customer
records are stored in our computer and in the company’s paper files. These files
are maintained in a central location of our building and are inaccessible to anyone
but a company employee. Access to your personal information would be denied to anyone
but a Genesee Patrons employee or an outside source hired by us in the course of
insurance related circumstance and only where permitted by law.
Genesee Patrons believes in educating our employees so that they understand the
importance of confidentiality of personal information, and in taking appropriate
measures to enforce employee privacy responsibilities.
Genesee Patrons and its employees strongly believe in protecting the confidentiality
and security of the personal information you supply.
